❝But I tell you, do not swear
an oath at all:
either by Heaven, for it is God’s throne;
or by the earth,
for it is His footstool;
or by Jerusalem, for it is the
city of the Great King.
And do not swear by your head,
for you cannot make even
one hair white
or black.
All you need to say is simply 'Yes' or 'No';
anything beyond this comes from
the evil one.
—Matthew 5:34-37

[ Talk about understatement. ]
And this Father is surely as much a Primal as any other I have dealt with.

It's too bad faith isn't that easy to break stuck in a place like this. We'd have a much less daunting task ahead of us.

A way to contain the god of the dragons.

Was it similar to the stasis you mentioned before?

[ Anyway. ]
Though yes. Dalamud used similar concepts that were deployed to keep the god I told you of contained.

Mm, but anyway. Was that god created in the same way as the others? For the same sort of price?

[ It's complicated. ]
Though how similar I am to your demons, I wonder.
[ why would he run surely solomon wouldn't want a contact with him??? ]
Hm, Bahamut? No. Bahamut was created by the fervent prayer of dragonkind for their father to rise again after we struck him down. It had, of course, all been a ploy to harness what they created for Dalamud, and I did have to seal many of them into it alongside their primal to keep it from fading out... I doubt we would need the same with Father. We would rather he starved of faith, surely.

[Is that a joke? Who knows!]
Though it sounds like souls aren't needed for all gods. What was the difference, then, between this god of the dragons and the one you spoke of before?

If that is how they are, then maybe I am.
[ Are the Ascians demons? Angels? Both? Fandaniel doesn't have the context to decide, but from that description alone, who knows? ]
Ah, no. They are not. The two gods created by the original, eternal mankind used sacrifice to form themselves. The main difference is that each one had an individual agree to act as their heart. The ones made after the Sundering lacked that one important part... usually. I believe Lahabrea imparted that little hint to several individuals here and there, but that was never my business.

He sighs, his mouth thinning as he glances toward Sika.]
If only Father or his creations were so simple like that. But they aren't.
